By downloading, installing, or using NeoNest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NeoNest is a mobile application designed to help breeders manage neonatal puppy care, including:

• Per-pup feeding timers and notifications
• Weight and feeding tracking
• AI-powered assistance (NeoNanny, subscription required)
• PDF export of care records

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Not use the App to harm animals in any way

4. Medical Disclaimer

Important: NeoNest is a care management tool, not a substitute for veterinary advice. The App, including the NeoNanny AI feature, provides general guidance only.

• Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions
• In emergencies, contact your vet immediately
• AI responses are for informational purposes and may not be accurate for your specific situation
• We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from following advice provided by the App

5. Subscriptions and Payments

NeoNest Pro and NeoNest Plus are paid subscription features:

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your Google Play account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy
• Promo codes are single-use and non-transferable

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by NeoNest and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy or distribute the App or its content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Remove any copyright notices from the App

7. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App (pup information, photos, notes, etc.). Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services:

• ElevenLabs: Powers NeoNanny AI voice features
• Firebase: Provides cloud storage for Legacy Builder
• RevenueCat: Manages subscriptions

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, user error, or App malfunction

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeoNest and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
