• NeoNanny AI (optional): Voice conversations are processed by ElevenLabs to provide AI responses. Audio is processed in real-time and not stored permanently.
• Legacy Builder (optional): If you use the cloud memory book feature, photos and memories are stored in Firebase using your Google account.
• Subscriptions: Purchase information is handled by Google Play and RevenueCat for subscription management.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the app's functionality
• Process your subscription purchases
• Send timer notifications (local, on-device only)
• Provide customer support when you contact us
• Improve the app based on crash reports and analytics

• Delete your data: Uninstalling the app removes all local data. For cloud data, contact us.
• Opt out: Don't enable NeoNanny or Legacy Builder if you prefer fully offline use

NeoNest is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Analytics

We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app, including:

• App crashes and error reports
