Why didn't my timer notification fire?

Make sure NeoNest has notification permissions and isn't being blocked by battery optimization. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → NeoNest → Battery → Unrestricted.

How do I restore a deleted pup?

NeoNest now archives pups instead of deleting them. Go to Settings → Archived Pups to restore any pup you've removed.

How do I enable NeoNanny AI?

NeoNanny requires a NeoNest Plus subscription. Go to Settings → NeoNest Plus to enable it. The AI helper uses voice, so make sure your microphone permissions are granted.

Where is my data stored?

All pup data is stored locally on your device. We never upload your data to our servers. Photos are stored in your app's private directory.

How do I export my data?

Use the Handover PDF feature (Pro) to export individual pup records. A full data export feature is coming soon.

I purchased Pro but it's not showing

Try restarting the app. If the issue persists, go to Settings → NeoNest Pro → Restore Purchases. If you still have trouble, contact us with your purchase receipt.
